EULA - End User License Agreement

This license statement and limited warranty constitutes a legal agreement ("License Agreement")
between you, an individual, and UKEESS Software House ("UKEESS") for the software product
IBDesk ("Software").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND
BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, UKEESS grants
you the right to use the Software in the manner provided below.

You may use the Software for free during 30 days from the time of its installation. After this
period expires, you have either to register the software, or to stop using it. Information about
registration can be found at the official web page of the Software: www.ibdesk.com

Registration is done in "per user" basis. It means that once registered, you are granted a
non-exclusive license to use the Software on any number of computers, provided that
you are the only person using the Software at those computers.

Registration of the Software gives you the following rights:
- the right to get upgrades to all future versions of this Software free of charge;
- the right to have support from UKEESS via e-mail or phone.

Once registered, you may not distribute the registration key or any other registration
information in any manner. In the case if a registration key is published on a web page,
mailing list, USENET newsgroup or any other public place, this registration key will be
blocked in all future versions of the Software, and the owner of this key automatically
looses the license.

The unregistered version of the Software may be freely distributed, provided that the
distribution package is not modified.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, de-compile, disassemble,
reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program,
except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate
and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. UKEESS WILL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS
WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
